Duck Inn Lodge - Whitefish

The location is serene and a perfect retreat for

Nature lovers. We appreciated the beautifully appointed room, though the noise from nearby HVAC units was somewhat intrusive at night. The breakfast was delicious with homemade options.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a tourist area, just next door to Whitefish and the river and great restaurants of Whitefish town. Central location of this small property was a bonus.

It has gorgeous comfy rooms, that come with the bathroom and a balcony and garden views. The staff is pleasant as well as hotel's owner.

The cozy King Room with River View was a dream, especially with the serene ambiance and river sounds. Loved having a fireplace to unwind!

The location is marvellous in a lovely quiet area, close to many dining options and cute shops. The rooms are modern and neat and complete with gas fireplaces, a calm view plus balcony. All in all they offer welcoming service👍🙂

Enjoyed my one night stay at the Duck Inn Lodge. The second night we were moved to an offsite condo property in a questionable location because of a computer compatibility problem between Booked.net and Duck Inn Lodge's database.

We booked two nights at the Duck Inn Lodge using Booked.net. However, when we arrived at the Duck Inn Lodge, the staff told us that they would only be able to room us for one night due to an overbooking and a computer compatibility problem between Booked.net and Duck Inn Lodge's database. We enjoyed our one night stay at the Lodge and would have preferred to stay a second night. In the future, I would call the Duck Inn Lodge directly to make my reservations.

The cozy room lacked a handheld shower head for convenience.

Deer in the yard...river outside our windows...mountains and blue skies! Oh - and hot muffins and waffles for breakfast!

The hotel staff were very, very helpful. The location was very peaceful. We had the company of several young deer and baby ducks in the backyard. Very comfortable bed. Nice break from the chain hotels.

Ac was noisy and ineffective.

The cozy King Room with River View was a good escape, with charming decor that seemed like a warm hug. Access to the common areas was easy.

More grab bars in the bathroom would be helpful.

The queen room had a cozy electric fireplace and a large tv. The balcony overlooked a beautiful river view with seating area. The bathroom featured a deep tub and free toiletries. Breakfast was homemade with plenty of options like waffles and egg casseroles. The hosts were super cute and accommodating during our two-night stay.

Friendly, quiet, very comfortable close to shopping and outside activities

Very comfortable and very well kept. The rooms were quiet, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Great value in a great town. Wonderful people. We loved it and recommend it very highly to anybody going to Whitefish.
